The severance of such provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. beet3333 takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.

2.2 Age Verification Process

As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Accounts will be restricted from withdrawal until age and identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.3 Consequences of Under-Age Gambling

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.2 One Account Per Player

The operation of multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is strictly prohibited. beet3333 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be closed and bonus balances forfeited. Genuine winning balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the Company's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. beet3333 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, phone, or any other means. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at support@beet3333.

3.4 KYC Documentation

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing

4.4 Withdrawal to Source

This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the Player.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on beet3333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment is made in a different currency, it will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. beet3333 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by the Player's bank or payment provider.

4.6 Refused and Delayed Transactions

beet3333 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the Player has not completed KYC verification; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity; (c) the transaction would violate these Terms & Conditions; or (d) the transaction is flagged by the Company's fraud detection systems. The Company is not liable for losses arising from refused or delayed transactions in such circumstances.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

beet3333 offers new players a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits as stated on the Welcome Bonus promotion page at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus is available to new registered players aged 18 and above who have not previously held an account with beet3333.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on beet3333 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion page.

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other tools to interact with the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beet3333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, technical failures, or any other intangible losses, even if beet3333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

In all circumstances, beet3333's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their beet3333 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless beet3333 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the beet3333 support team at support@beet3333. Upon receipt of a closure request, the Company will process the closure within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by beet3333

beet3333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see 9.3 below).
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk management concern for the Company.
• The Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is deemed dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay). Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, which will be deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees begin. Accounts with a zero balance after inactivity fee deductions will be closed. Real-money balances in dormant accounts remain the property of the Player and will be returned upon request.

9.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from beet3333 for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to support@beet3333 and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the Player may not access their account, and beet3333 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the Player. Real-money balances are returned upon self-exclusion — bonus balances are forfeited.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

The Company's decision following management review will be provided in writing and shall be considered final and binding in the absence of demonstrable factual error.

In the event of any dispute regarding a transaction outcome, the Company's internal records shall be the primary reference. Players are encouraged to maintain their own records of transactions for their personal reference.

10.4 Force Majeure

beet3333 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet service interruptions, power outages, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, the Company will endeavour to restore service as quickly as reasonably practicable.
